In return, we strive to offer a great marketing opportunity for your business/organization by advertising it as a sponsor of our growing event. Available levels of support allow visibility of your business name and/or logo on race shirts, race applications, race posters, race website, and even signage along the course! Additionally, our supporters may be highlighted in profile newsletters to race participants and volunteers, and recognized at the awards ceremony race day. The following outlines our ‘cruiser’ classes of sponsorship levels. Please, feel free to contact us if an alternative advertising campaign may be more appropriate for your organization. Your sponsorship will allow you to reach hundreds of consumers in the St. Louis Metro area.

Local business members are also invited to volunteer race day; course road marshals, set up crew and finish line attendants are critical contributors. By volunteering, your business will gain additional visibility while participating within our community

DEADLINES If your business is interested in becoming involved with this festive, can’t-miss event, please contact our sponsorship chair or mail your completed sponsorship form by the deadline below. This will allow us time to ensure your business receives the proper recognition of your support.

March 12th – If you are a Thunderbird level sponsor & above, you will be able to take advantage of having your business logo printed on 5,000+ race fliers that are distributed to the St. Louis metro area. This is in addition to your respective sponsor level benefits.
May 15th – All respective sponsor level benefits.
